The Interactive Television Distance Learning Center (ITV DL Center) at Arkansas State University uses revolutionary communication technology to connect classrooms, businesses and industries around the world. The Interactive Television Distance Learning Center uses two way video and audio teleconferencing to link distant sites in Arkansas, nationwide or globally.

The Interactive Television Distance Learning Center is a division of the Arkansas State University Center for Regional Programs. The center has been established to provide both on-campus and off-campus courses and degree programs as educational needs are identified.

Our mission at the Interactive Television Distance Learning Center is to pursue and share knowledge with our students, form partnerships to address common concerns and serve our local, national and global community. ITV DL Center uses audio and video technology to bring people at distant sites closer together to exchange ideas, open business opportunities and share information.
